Installare Ubuntu su un fakeraid

Molte schede madri moderne forniscono una sorta di raid nativo senza l’uso di un controller dedicato. Questi raid basati su chipset Nvidia, VIA, Intel non essendo dotati di memoria e processori propri per questo motivo prendono il nome di fakeraid (finti raid).

Questa guida molto carina spiega come installare Ubuntu su uno di questi finti raid, utilizzando il pacchetto dmraid.
